Account Opening Procedures

1 ) Account Opening

You can visit the China Yinsheng International Securities Limited or contact us for an appointment.
Types of HK shares trading Accounts： Individual Account | Joint Account | Corporate Account

• Review the terms of the Client Agreement, picked up from our offices or mailed to you upon request.
• Submit a signed and completed Account Opening Form.
• Submit copies of the necessary supporting documents.

Individual / Joint Account

1. Identity Card(s) / Passport(s) of the Individual/Joint account holder
2. Proof of Residential Address (e.g. Utilities / Bank Statement, etc. not later than 3 months)
3. Proof of Correspondence Address (If applicable)
4. Any other documents and/or information as CYSS may reasonably requires

Corporate Account
Incorporated in Hong Kong

1. Board Resolutions and Authorization
2. Certified True Copies of the Identity Card/Passport / Certificate of Incorporation of shareholders/directors/authorized signatories/authorized persons/ ultimate beneficial owners/ guarantor/ of the Company
3. Memorandum and Article of Association
4. Certificate of Incorporation
5. Business Registration Certificate
6. Latest Annual Return
7. Latest Audited Financial Statements (if applicable)
8. Address Proof of Company’s Business or Correspondence Address which issued within the last 3 months (if applicable)
9. Residential address proof of Shareholder(s), Guarantor(s) and Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) within the last 3 months
10. Details of the ownership and structure control of the Company (i.e. organization chart incorporating a declaration from the Company’s director describing the intermediate layers of the Company)
11. Other document and/or information as CYSS may reasonably requires

The aforesaid Documents listed in (2) – (10) should be certified by the Hong Kong Company Registry or professional third party (e.g. Practicing Solicitor / Accountant) and Documents listed in (6) should have been issued within the last 6 months.

Incorporated outside Hong Kong

1. Board Resolutions and Authorization
2. Certified True Copies of the Identity Card/Passport / Certificate of Incorporation of shareholders/directors/authorized signatories/authorized persons/ ultimate beneficial
   owners/guarantor/ of the Company
3. Memorandum and Article of Association
4. Certificate of Incorporation
5. Register of Directors
6. Register of Members
7. Certificate of Incumbency or Certificate of Good Standing
8. Latest Audited Financial Statements (if applicable)
9. Address Proof of Company’s Business or Correspondence Address which issued within the last 3 months (if applicable)
10. Residential address proof of Shareholder(s), Guarantor(s) and Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) within the last 3 months
11. Details of the ownership and structure control of the Company (i.e. organization chart incorporating a declaration from the Company’s director describing the intermediate layers of the Company)
12. Other document and/or information as CYSS may reasonably requires

The aforesaid Documents listed in (2) – (10) should be certified by the Hong Kong Company Registry or professional third party (e.g. Practicing Solicitor / Accountant) and Documents listed in (6) should have been issued within the last 6 months.
